Day 12 — Hardening + README essay

The goal

Close out the build: a final hardening pass, a README essay that states the week’s real numbers honestly (not rounded up), a written-up path from the Day-1 self-minted MCP token to full OAuth 2.1, a written-up path from the hand-rolled Postgres queue to a real broker, a full architecture diagram, and a short 60-90 second clip of the product in action.

This day has not started yet. Once it lands, this page will be rewritten in place with the real story, proof, and architecture snapshot, sourced from the project’s build log.
